Michelle oversees the group corporate secretary and legal teams and she supports both the Lloyd’s Register Foundation and LR boards. She also supports the Executive Leadership Team on strategic legal and commercial activities.
Michelle was previously group general counsel and corporate secretary for Foster Wheeler and has extensive experience in a range of highly competitive and regulated industries including engineering, construction, gas, energy and nuclear as well as proven success in international mergers and acquisitions.
