We are seeking a motivated and creative Communications and Design Intern to join IPUR. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both communications and design in the area of risk communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual communication skills and be eager to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience.
- Create compelling visual content for various platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to effectively communicate key messages and concepts.
- Support in event organisation and execution.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and concepts for projects.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
