We are very excited to announce the panel lineup for our upcoming “Getting to Net Zero” workshop on 13 September. Specifically, our panellists are:
- Dr Wu Huijuan, Vice President, ESG Solutions, Sector Solutions Group, UOB
- Foo Tun Shien, Origination & Technical Analyst at Climate Impact X
- Ian Lim, Head of Consumers and Payments, Singapore Power
Bringing their expertise from the public and private sector, the panellists will share more about how the carbon products available in their organisations that consumers can engage with, as well as participate in a dialogue with attendees on the best industry carbon practices.
More about the panel:
- Dr Wu Huijuan is a Vice President, ESG Solutions, Sector Solutions Group at UOB Group Wholesale Banking. She contributes to enhancing the bank’s Sustainable Financing Frameworks and solutions, and expanding the bank’s sustainable finance portfolio. Dr Wu has over ten years of experience working in academia, public and private sectors, focusing on cross-cutting issues of sustainability including water, energy, climate change and urban innovations. Dr Wu is an environmental scientist by training, holding a doctorate degree from the University of Oxford. She was a SPORE scholar and a Shell Centenary scholar.
- Foo Tun Shien is an Origination & Technical Analyst at Climate Impact X (CIX), a global marketplace, auction house and exchange for trusted carbon credits in the voluntary carbon market. He engages with carbon credit suppliers and project developers to provide a route to market via the CIX platforms and supports the analysis of carbon credit quality. Tun Shien graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (BES) degree in 2022, and is passionate about environmental conservation, in particular marine ecosystems.
- Ian Lim is Head of Consumers and Payments at Singapore Power (SP). He has 18 years of experience in product development for payment solutions and monetisation strategy. Before joining SP, he was previously with Razer as the Head of Services (Payment & Fintech), Director of Software & Services, Product Lead.
