IPUR’s annual conference, The Risk Quotient, is happening on 20 October 2019 (Sunday) in Beijing! Jointly organised with Tsinghua University’s School of Public Policy & Management and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the theme for this year’s conference the governance of risks arising from ABCD (Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, Cloud Computing, Data & Emerging Technologies).
