How do the public, healthcare professionals, academics, and government perceive health risk across interconnected systems, and what vulnerabilities and opportunities should guide action towards a healthier society? The Risk Quotient 2026 titled “Health in an Interconnected World: Vulnerabilities and Opportunities” will explore the different dimensions and connections of health risk such as ageing, mental health and implications of artificial intelligence, and examine how they can contribute to a more informed and robust society and health ecosystem.
Organised by the Institute of Behavioural and Decision Science (IBDS) at Hong Kong University Business School and the LRF Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk (IPUR) at the National of University of Singapore, the conference brings together academics, health and risk practitioners, policymakers, industry leaders and the public to unpack the complex interplay between research, innovation and action while spotlighting solutions that strengthen trust and performance.
Through presentations, panel sessions, workshops and discussions, participants will have the opportunity to play an active role in contributing to the growing discourse of interconnected health systems to improve outcomes and measurable risk reduction.
