Zach Lee

Zach is a Research Fellow at IPUR studying public perceptions and behavioural responses to coastal flood risk. Trained in economics and engineering, he examines how people respond to incentives and information in complex systems such as climate, transport, and energy. He uses surveys, behavioural experiments, and applied economic methods to analyse decision-making and the frictions that shape policy outcomes, and has led policy-facing studies for Singapore public agencies, international organisations, and NGOs.
