Eshele is a Research Associate at IPUR, contributing to the development of the United Nations Global Risk Report. Her role involves coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder research processes, including data management, supporting analytical synthesis, and cross-team delivery across interdisciplinary contributors. She holds a Master of Public Health and brings professional experience in programme evaluation, mixed-methods research, and implementation science. Her work spans academic and community-based contexts, with a focus on strengthening the translation of rigorous evidence into policy-relevant insights for risk-informed decision-making.
