2025 Report of Achievements

In 2025, the LRF Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk (IPUR) continued to advance its mission as Asia’s leading institute dedicated to enhancing public understanding and communication of risk. Against a backdrop of rapid technological change, environmental challenges, and evolving health risks, IPUR remained steadfast in bridging the gap between expert knowledge and public perception. Through rigorous, multidisciplinary research and strong collaborations with government, industry, and academia, we explored how people perceive risks, identified key areas of misunderstanding, and developed effective interventions to build trust and resilience. 

Our 2025 Annual Report of Achievements highlights the milestones we had over the past year. We are proud to showcase our impact across our three main domains of Data and Technology, Environment and Climate, and Health and Lifestyle. This year sets a new baseline for us while we continue to shape a more informed and risk-aware society.
