Mengxi joined IPUR as Assistant Manager in 2024. She is responsible for secretarial duties, administration, and managing grants and research projects. Mengxi holds a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and has prior experience as a civil and structural engineer and office manager. Her diverse background equips her with strong project coordination and organisational skills, which she now applies to support the institute.
